Alumni Appointment Access

Alumni retain appointment access with Career Center staff through the end of the semester following their graduation.

  • Fall/Winter graduates (including DecemberJanuary): access continues through the end of the following spring semester.
  • Spring/Summer graduates (including May–August): access continues through the end of the following fall semester.
    For exact semester dates, please refer to the academic calendar.

Qualifying alumni can request an appointment by emailing career@pennwest.edu. Alumni do not have access to self schedule appointments in Handshake.


*Alumni are defined as an individual who is not enrolled for the current or upcoming semester and has been awarded a degree.
