- Explore Your Options at the Experiential Learning Center (ELC): Visit the ELC website to discover available experiential learning opportunities. Then, consult with your career coach and faculty to identify which of these experiences best aligns with your career goals and any degree/program requirements.
- Build Your Network: Begin by seeking connections and advice from your career coach, faculty, peers and family. Consider using LinkedIn to identify and reach out to alumni in your field (PennWest has over 204,000 alumni).
- Use Handshake: Upload your resume on Handshake, and search and apply for postings.
- Meet with your career coach to discuss the best ways to use Handshake and other resources to further your search.
- Attend Career-Related Events: Attend events to learn about employers or graduate programs.
- Information sessions, career fairs, and other recruiting events are viewable in the events section on Handshake.
