Diana Brush

Diana Brush, a native of Western Central Pennsylvania, serves as PennWest’s Career Center Associate Director and coordinates the Clarion Career Closet. She holds a BA in French, and a MA in Student Affairs in Higher Education from IUP. With over 40 years of experience in higher education administration, Diana’s career spans private and public institutions. Her career includes 17 years in career and professional development specializing in experiential learning, event planning, employer relations, internship\job development. Diana is also well-versed in dining etiquette and has completed the NACE career coaching course. Her contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Clarion University Social Equity Outstanding Supporter Award and the AAEE Outstanding Contribution Award. Beyond her professional life, Diana is actively engaged as a Girl Scouts Western PA Adult Facilitator of Outdoor Education and a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians, Delta Zeta Sorority, and Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity.

Dr. Josh Domitrovich

Josh Domitrovich is a native of Western-PA and six-year military veteran of the USAF Pennsylvania Air National Guard. He earned his bachelor’s in human resource management and MBA from Clarion University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest-Clarion), and obtained his Doctor of Education, focusing on gamification and student engagement, from IUP. Over his nearly decade tenure at Clarion, he became a NACE certified career coach and has represented the office by presenting best practices at state, regional, and national conferences, leading to work being published by NACE on multiple occasions. Josh is a brother of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and, in his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and competing in Spartan obstacle course races.
Krissie Doppelheuer

Krissie Doppelheuer, a California, PA native, is a two-time graduate of California University of Pennsylvania (Now PennWest California). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a Master of Arts in Geography and Regional Planning. Krissie is a valuable resource for students pursuing majors in Business, Natural Sciences, Information Sciences & Technology, and Applied Engineering Technology. Krissie has been a career coach for a remarkable 16 years, having served both at CalU and PennWest. She’s certified as a National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Career Coach, as well as training in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Job Coaching. Notably, she also has over five years of experience as a recruiter and employment specialist. Krissie also takes on the role of the California Vulcans Cheerleading team advisor, where her leadership contributed to a national title win in 2015.
Rhonda Gifford

Rhonda has worked in the field of career development for more than 30 years and is currently Executive Director of Experiential Learning & Employer Engagement with the Career Center at PennWest University. Prior to coming to the California Campus in 2002, Rhonda worked in Career Services at the University of Pittsburgh and Saint Vincent College. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from IUP, as well as a graduate certificate in Data Science from Cal U. Rhonda is honored to have been selected as a Cal U Woman of the Year, as the first recipient of the Vulcan Exceptional Service Award, and a recipient of the IUP Student Affairs Distinguished Alumni Award. She has served as President of the Western PA Career Services Association (WestPACS) and the PASSHE Career Services Association and is a graduate of the IMPACT Westmoreland Leadership Program and NACE Management Leadership Institute. Her hobbies include traveling, reading and keeping her two cats from killing each other.

Christina Moreschi is a native Western-PA resident who earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Allegheny College in Communication Arts and her Master’s Degree from IUP focusing on Student Affairs in Higher Education. She has been working in university career centers for over seven years and has completed the NACE career coaching course. Christina’s roles at PennWest include Director of Career Events & Outreach, Edinboro Campus Career Center Lead, and Career Coach to students majoring in the arts, communication, and humanities. Outside of work, Christina is a member of Crawford Area Young Chamber of Commerce (CAYCC), a young professionals organization, the Community Band of Northwest Pennsylvania during the summer season, and holds a seat on the City of Meadville Beautification Committee.

Bridgett Nobili, an alumnus from California University of Pennsylvania (Now PennWest California), holds a BA in Psychology. She currently serves as the Assistant Director for Experiential Learning & Internships at Penn West. In her role, Bridgett focuses on supporting students majoring in Education, Social Sciences, and Criminal Justice. Her experience spans over 14 years as a seasoned Career Coach, holding the prestigious National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Career Coach certification. She has completed the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Covey training, and her career includes seven years in workforce development. She was also honored with the Woman of the Year – Staff Award by the President’s Commission on the Status of Women at California.
