How to Schedule an Appointment with your Career Coach (Current Students)
- Sign in using your PennWest email and password
- The first time you login, agree to terms and fill in details about your interests and preferences. It’s ok to skip sections now, as you can always make changes later.
- Click on “Career Center” on the left side of the page
- Click on “Appointments” then on the next page click “Schedule a New Appointment”.
- Choose the “Career Coaching” category then choose an appointment type based on what you need.
- Click “Staff Member” to select your Career Coach, pick a date and time, choose an appointment medium, and write your note.
- To finish click “Request”.
How to Schedule an Appointment with your Career Coach (Alumni)
Alumni can meet individually with their assigned Career Coach for one additional semester after graduation.
Example: December 2024 & January 2025 graduates appointment access expires on May 30, 2025.
Qualified alumni can email career@pennwest.edu to request an appointment.
*Alumni are defined as an individual who is not enrolled for the current or upcoming semester and has been awarded a degree.

- Choose the “Internship Application Process” category then choose an appointment type based on what you need.
- Pick a date and time, then choose an appointment medium and write your note.
- To finish click “Request”.
