How to Schedule an Appointment with the Career Center & The Experiential Learning Center

How to Schedule an Appointment with The Career Center (Current Students)

  1. Sign in using your PennWest email and password
    • The first time you login, agree to terms and fill in details about your interests and preferences. It’s ok to skip sections now, as you can always make changes later.
  2. Click on “Career Center” on the left side of the page
  3. Click on “Appointments” then on the next page click “Schedule a New Appointment”.
  4. Choose the “Career Coaching” category then choose an appointment type based on what you need.
  5. Click “Staff Member” to select a trained student employee or your Career Coach.
    Note: Only specific staff will be available based on the chosen appointment type.
  6. Pick a date and time, choose an appointment medium, and write your note.
  7. To finish click “Request”.

How to Schedule an Appointment with the Experiential Learning Center (ELC)

  1. Sign in using your PennWest email and password
    • The first time you login, agree to terms and fill in details about your interests and preferences. It’s ok to skip sections now, as you can always make changes later.
  2. Click on “Career Center” on the left side of the page
  3. Click on “Appointments” then on the next page click “Schedule a New Appointment”.
  4. Choose the “Internship Application Process” category then choose an appointment type based on what you need.
    Note: Only specific staff will be available based on the chosen appointment type.
  5. Pick a date and time, then choose an appointment medium and write your note.
  6. To finish click “Request”.

How to Schedule an Appointment with the Career Center (Alumni)

Alumni can meet individually with their assigned Career Coach for one additional semester after graduation.
Example: December 2025 graduates can schedule appointments through May 2026.

Qualified alumni can email career@pennwest.edu to request an appointment.

*Alumni are defined as an individual who is not enrolled for the current or upcoming semester and has been awarded a degree.
