Are you interested in a government internship or a long-term job after you graduate? The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) offers PennWest students and recent graduates with disabilities a unique opportunity to connect with federal employers across the country.
Coordinated by the U.S. Department of Labor, the WRP helps federal agencies identify qualified college students, graduate students, and recent graduates with disabilities for internships and permanent employment opportunities. Participants are included in a talent database used by federal recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals looking to fill positions nationwide.

Who Is Eligible?
You may apply if you:
- Have a disability and are eligible under the Schedule A Hiring Authority.
- Are a U.S. citizen or national.
- Are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited U.S. college or university, or Graduated on or after April 1, 2024.
Students from all academic majors are encouraged to apply.
