The Student Marketing Assistant will support PennWest University – Clarion Small Business Development Center (SBDC) clients participating in the Marketing Mastery Cohort Training Program by providing hands-on assistance with digital marketing, content creation, and market research. Responsibilities include helping clients develop and implement marketing strategies, creating social media and website content, and conducting competitor and industry research.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be located at the Clarion Campus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools, like Canva, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with small business clients and SBDC advisors.
This position provides students with real-world experience in small business marketing, client communication, and digital strategy while working under the guidance of SBDC professionals.
