Social Media Student Assistant – Carlson Library
8-10 hours/week (may include some evenings and/or weekends)
$10.00 per hour
Job Duties:
Assist in the development of content for Carlson Library social media channels alongside library faculty and staff
Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement with social media channels
Research current social media trends
Adhere to University brand standards and practices and Carlson Library social media guidelines
Prepare content to meet calendar deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) in a personal and/or professional setting
Experience using Canva
Creative writing and editing skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to provide portfolio of personal and/or professional social media work
