Job Duties:
Provide customer service to campus community, answering the helpdesk phone, assisting with password and MFA issues, logging tickets for technicians to further assist the customers etc. Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
Basic user knowledge of email, Office, and other campus IT resources, good customer service and communication skills.
