Position Overview:
The Admissions Office Student Work Study supports the daily operations of the admissions team by providing administrative assistance, delivering excellent customer service to prospective students and families, assisting with inventory, event preparation, and helping create a welcoming and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support front desk operations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries about admissions processes, campus visits, and programs
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate student records
- Prepare and organize admissions materials, mailings, and packets
- Provide support during admissions events (open houses, tours, orientation programs, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality of student information in accordance with institutional policies
- Maintain organized practices with paper and merchandise inventory
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by admissions staff
Qualifications:
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (especially on the phone)
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email systems, data entry)

- Previous customer service or office experience
