Assist our team in assessing a potential US Antitrust case

Our virtual job simulation gives you a chance to learn more about our firm and the type of work we do. It’s part of our ongoing effort to develop and offer meaningful mentoring and training to our lawyers as well as to those just starting their legal careers.

    Review and analyze a document discovered during deal due diligence for potential US antitrust implications and provide a Latham antitrust partner with a summary of issues, risk assessment, and advice on how to proceed
