📈 Boosting Student Persistence: We’ve seen a strong link between Career Center engagement and student persistence. Students engaged with us showed a 7.5 percentage point higher persistence rate compared to the university average (data from AY22-23 and AY23-24), demonstrating our critical role in student retention.

💼 Consistent Support: Even with enrollment shifts, our Career Center remains a constant for our students. Nearly a third of the student body (3,500+) connects with us annually for career support.

📈 Deeper Engagement: Students aren’t just dropping in once – they’re coming back! Over 78% of students engaged two or more times, a 35% increase from last year, showing our shift from transactional to development coaching is working!

🤝 Core Services Shine: Programs and appointments are where it’s at! These services make up nearly 90% of student engagement, highlighting the importance of curriculum alignment and student engagement.

🎯 Impactful & Reachable: Our appointments aren’t just meetings – they educate and empower. 98% of students report increased knowledge, and 96% would recommend us. And with a 92% student show rate and 79% being virtual, we’re accessible!

💻 Online Hub: Our Career Center website, powered by uConnect, is a go-to, with over 131,000 views, up 4% from last year! Students, staff, and faculty rely on it for resources and info.
